Not a patient, but everyday I hear my mom tell me about how she has spent hours of her day managing her appointments and medications… basically doing all the secretarial work herself because someone messed up. This is not how anyone should be treated.

4 times a year I receive an infusion for my MS treatment. Whether it's a 4 hour session, or closer to 7, the staff has always been competent, helpful, considerate, kind, and even have a few good jokes. I almost enjoy my time here actually. They're currently moved to a different part of the hospital, and plan to be moved again to their original location. Between construction, covid, long shifts, and everything else, I remain comfortable and happy during every visit.

Place is crazy, wouldn’t even let me go with my wife to her appointment and it wasn’t even my first time coming here with her, they really said “Rules Change” smh

Great place to go if you need cancer treatments. Wonderful staff with caring doctors n nurses. No question is a dumb question. They will give you the answers to your questions n if they dont have the answer they will ask someone that will answer your questions. The staff goes out of their way to direct you where to go n find the department you need to find. 5 Stars.
