I've been having problems swallowing so I contacted the office The staff was Great setting up the appointment Once I went in I saw the ENT dr free he check my nose and my throat and said I look fine.. I asked him to touch my neck because something doesn't feel right he told me no... I look 100% normal and fine ..he said ....there's muscles and ligaments and stuff and that's not his job he told me...I asked if I can get a CT scan... he told me no... they're too expensive insurance won't cover it... I told him I don't care about the price I just would like to do it I'll cover the cost ...he told me no again ...I told him I feel like there's something poking me in my neck and I'm having A difficult time swallowing even soups...so he finally gave in and set up a sonogram and another procedure a swallow test ... The lady setting up the appointment was awesome but that's as far as that goes... did both exams I called up to find out what the results were and The nurse told me Free said "I'm fine, everything was normal" That poking never went away ...so.... I go to another ENT Within 30 seconds of feeling my neck this doctor knew something was wrong... when he checked my nose and throat he said it was abnormal... and guess what this doctor was smart enough to recommend a CT scan... Long story short there was something wrong with me and it could've been addressed when I saw free... I highly recommend choosing any other doctor there or even another location... I went to another practice The Doctor I saw couldn't believe how my issue was missed... nobody's perfect and I really don't do negative reviews... What might work for me might not work for you and vice versa.... I would be very wary of listening to free's opinion after what I went through... when in doubt get a second opinion... But I'm sure if I would've went to the real doctor first I would not have had to get a second opinion because my issue was very obvious... free needs to be retrained ...patient's beware...

Dr. Free, Callie and entire staff are fantastic, caring people. Facility is nice, has easy access, and everyone there has been wonderful. My sinuses have never been this well and have now been since my treatments.

This office refused to see my 3-year-old who needes his ear drained in order to prevent reinfection because he had a cough from the 2 and 1/2 weeks of previous ear infections. This cough had been checked out by 4 doctors previously. However, the office did not care because their protocol said they would not be in the same room as someone with a cough. I understand COVID has made doctor's offices need to have precautions, however refusing to see a child in need does not seem like a heartful solution. I will not be requesting services from this office ever again because the doctor without a heart is not one I want to be seeing my child
