My dad went to this clinic for 2 weeks after experiencing devastating back pain that radiates down to his left leg. This clinic is highly unprofessional. You’ll be seen by the doctor for the initial eval for 5 minutes where he’d write you low dosage medicine and send you on your way with no respect to your pain or the psychosocial stresses of missing work and the need to support your family. You would be seen by his assistant nurse practitioner for all your follow ups, even if you request to be seen by the doctor. My dad requested paper work to be filled by the doctor for his work, they charged him 75$ (25$ per sheet of paper they fill). Delivering services with compassion to your patients and empathizing with their pain is often farther more important than writing them off with medication and booking their next appointment. Don’t seek the help of this clinic, the doctor is arrogant with poor knowledge of pain science.

After ten years of 120mgs a day of oxycodone along with a fentanyl patch from my previous doctor, this doctor threw me a script for one 10mg a day and told me,” You should be used to the pain by now!” What an inconsiderate and rude creature. He should be shut down. He clearly knows nothing about pain or people.
