Possibly the slowest staff I've ever encountered

I received a call from the U-Haul main office, 5 minutes after my scheduled pick-up, telling me that this location didn’t have my specific vehicle available. I was sent to another location (Nolenville Pike, which was an awesome location) 30 minutes away. Not using this location ever again.

Rent from this location if you enjoy poor customer service skills, employees being on their phones while customers wait to be assisted, rude and unhelpful management and lack of communication. I was able to overlook their faults while renting vehicles for the past 6 months - 2-3 times per month, but after my reservation was cancelled today after being an hour late to pick up, without getting a phone call (common practice ) to see if I still needed the truck, I will now opt to give my business to any competitor that isn’t them. I have never seen such an unhappy group of employees, unwilling to even care or attempt to assist a repeat customer.

Very helpful I was able to rent a truck within an hour of booking a reservation online I was also able to rent a storage unit which I had to upgrade to a larger unit the next day which they was very helpful and friendly and fast about getting me switched over so I could move my stuff in immediately the best customer service I have ever had dealing with a uhaul company
