As always a very positive experience from the moment I walk in. Kori makes me feel comfortable using the iPad and in short order the check in was complete and it took less then 5 minutes. Once finished it took less less than 10 minutes before Jennifer came to take me back to see Rebecca who is always pleasant and easy to talk to. She listens intently and always offers a solution to anything I bring up. The whole visit was scheduled for an hour and I was checked in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! A very positive experience. A model for for all medical offices should follow Thank you

On friday august 13th i went for an 11 am appointment.Dr pierce my usual dr is on leave.Dr mcmanus was who i saw.She emailed my prescritions to krogers .1 pm i get a text from kroger nobody has the pain patch i need.So i called back and nobody answers i call 693 3005 na,410 4990 na,then i call 581 0070 na.So its friday and i can,t get my script filled because nobody is there.If you have a problem with your script you better hope its not on a friday cause you are SOL.This has happened to me before.I have to wait till monday to get my script filled.This is a pain patch and i need to change it out that day.I live with a lot of pain from a bad car wreck 3 days without my patch is tough.

They have a very caring staff Mrs Pierce is a very sweet lady and Kari is very helpful and informative and the is very helpful and caring, I find it the best pain management in Tennessee. You guys keep up the great work.
