I work at Adient and I love my job , at least most days, it's clean and air conditioned , it's hard work and my hands hurt but it pays decent and the health benefits are pretty good so it's worth a lil pain .

They don't care about their employees. Poor management especially the superintendent who is very much click mentality. One employee got hurt there. When employee came back superintendent put employee back on the same job. But if you like high school with pay this is the place
