I just had my son and was having a little crisis as far as transitioning him from breastfeeding to formula and at 12:49 on 10/25/2022 I received a call from a nurse ( I wish I knew her name I didn’t catch it) she was so sweet and sat on the phone with me answering all of my questions and breaking everything down for me to understand ! I really appreciate her as it’s been 5 years since I had my last baby ! I got off the phone feeling confident and did what she suggested and so far so good

Wish I could give 0. No sense of customer service or urgency!! They will late you wait 4-6 hours at urgent care and it doesn’t matter if the waiting room is empty or packed. Very super slow

The nurses are very rude and disrespectful. And you can hear them discussing patients but in a disrespectful way. My last 2 appts I was there over 4 hours for a PHYSICAL for my boys!!! I had to look for the nurses after the gave us a room(that we were in for an hour in a half) and nobody checked on us, explained the wait time or nothing!! When I found a nurse she was sitting down on her phone!!

I wouldn’t give 1 star …. Horrible service!!!!!! Waited 5 hours. Staff walking around chatting and standing around drinking or on their phones. One of the employees stated it was one doctor at the moment which is causing the hold up! Absolutely ridiculous when you have a waiting area full of sick/ crying children!!!
