Just tried to buy diesel from them. I stop there often with my boat to buy food ice and drinks but my shopping there is done after this morning. Workers inside were not busy and I stood waiting for them to turn on the diesel pump for a solid five minutes. Finally I walk around the side of the store and go inside and ask them to turn on the diesel pump. She proceeds to tell me that I have to leave my credit card inside or my license. So you are basically holding my card ransom due to the fact that the owners were too cheap to put in a diesel pump that takes a card when they took over the store. But what really ticked me off is they would’ve left me standing there instead of walking out and just telling me. Lazy, food isn’t very good at all and the hardware is overpriced. They have lost my business and I hope they lose yours too.

Only bad thing I have to say about Coussons is that this location does not accept EBT.

Staff doesn't help anyone with the hardware. I was asking staff about when they would have more welding rods that they was out of. Staff replied "The order came today, but the guy who usually does that hasn't showed up. Check back later this week." Thing is I really believe this was a manager that told me this and refused to go look in the order to make a sale and to keep me from driving into town.
