Purchased ring set on 8/19/22. Had to have sized and told it would be about two weeks. Was called in two weeks to pick up rings. Much to my surprise when I arrived to find out only the band came in. Was told I would receive a call when my ring to the set came in. Two weeks later still no call. I called store and was put on a very long hold. Manager came on phone and told me that my ring supposedly was lost by UPS. I understand things happening beyond our control so I was not upset. She told me she would put a rush on a replacement ring. Was told two weeks. I called this morning which is a little over two weeks and still no ring. Was told that their delivery was not received yet (around 1ish this afternoon) but they should receive delivery later this afternoon. I called back at 4:22 pm this afternoon and was told “yes ring is in and it is ready for pick up”. I drove thirty minutes to only find out that it was “still at supplier being sized”. Of course no one in store would admit that they spoke with me. Now we are over a month and I still am without a ring and my first payment is coming up. I am disgusted with this service. I will say Kolby was an awesome salesmen and a pleasure to have done business with. The rest of my experience with this company has been extremely poor and I will never recommend them nor will I purchase any other items. I read this type of service happened to some customers in their reviews. I chose to be optimistic and give them a try and make my own decision. I regret that. I am giving a 2 ONLY because of my experience with Deja; otherwise I would have scored a 1.
