Employees are awful rude and inconsiderate, kids ordered smoothie and got shakes without even being told or asked if they would like anything else since they were out of smoothies had no sweet tea and lady at register would not put her phone down to take orrde

Erica store manager is not helpful at all. I arrive to McDonald’s to pick up my order. App wouldn't pass from the the terms section. I asked Erica to help with the order to check if it was placed she ignored me after i showed her the code. Waiting a very long time so I decided to reorder in front counter. I asked her if she had check and she was rude and said you never asked i said i did i even showed you code. Erica replied I don’t know how to use the app. You can check yourself. I said you could of check if my order had been placed. She said i dont know. I said ok i will make i complaint that you didnt want to help. She replied ok but i didn’t do anything wrong and walk away.
