Managers let new employees lowball customers for gold. She clearly said she had no idea what she was doing. Offered 10$/gram on 14kt resealable cross... smh

Not impressed with the money they offer for products brought in, but I understand that they’re a business and have to profit as well. Staff are quiet but polite. Selection is almost non existent, there’s really not a whole lot there, there wasn’t a single other customer either, kind of depressing but it could just be because of the times we live in😂. The only notable thing there were their guns, pretty decent selection of handguns for an otherwise barren pawnshop, prices on them were atrocious though(800 dollars for a glock19x) come on now that’s ridiculous. And very limited rifle selection. Honestly I’d pass on this pawn shop and hit a local one.

Their staffs was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I'd really love to go back here. Highly recommended!

No most superpawns wouldn't buy coins due to the coins having more sentimental value instead of gold/silver value and it is extremely hard to find the true value of a coin if you're not an expert yourself. Again some may but the majority doesn't. Hope that helped
They don't due trades, you could sell it to them and and then buy the mandolin. I used to work for superpawn
