Not very helpful after an issue with delivery. Rude & unhelpful customer service clerk. Issue with handicap parking & side entrance. Also needs ramp in the front.

I wanted to be the first to admit it’s a joke that I’m talking to a a robot that tells me that the people at our office doesn’t know anymore than the recorded audio. Couldn’t get through to them on 4 different calls, just recorded options I get to pick and choose from. No worries though, question was never answered.

Poor people service for people who look like me!! The man in there is very helpful and thoughtful, but he was not working today. I give him 5 stars, but those women and Josh are not helpful to people who does not look like them! I have never been so upset that I wanted to cry! Josh the supervisor was looking at me like he wanted to jump across the counter and hit me! Yes I was upset and yelling because I am tired not been treated unfair! Josh kept pulling the package away from while I was trying to type of my package, saying you got to pay for the tape first at a least three times until I realize this man while harm me!!!!!! What I did not have problem paying for it. He really hate us! I am not thief nor has not been. Josh I have two bachelor degrees and you are not better than me! Josh made me buy tape to tape of my Zulily package (looking at my like he hate everything about me) Which I do not tape my package down with the other man, because put my return labels inside the package. Zuiliy send you items they send it one package. Josh wants to act say this protocol. And that lady that was behind that counter would not assist me at either! She kept looking at my like I am crazy. I usually do not do reviews and let nobody take me out of my character, but that Josh shows me how he feels about me and my people. I contact Jackson Post Office and I told the lady what happened and what I said about them. And how upset/angry I was that I was crying when I left. She provided me the information I need to report him. I moved to Milan when I got COVID from Jackson and the people here Milan shows you how the feel about us. I will let them know they are wrong.
