Building kept clean But seems to be a lack of communication. Well aware my mother in law cannot feed herself or swallow pills. Twice I have been to see her and she has had a mouth full of pills. Thought it's was clear to crush them.

Don't allow your loved ones to go here. The treatment of the patients is disgusting. People at this facility are not dying from old age, it's from medical neglect. How this facility still has a license is beyond me. Patients are fearful of speaking out because they fear punishment from the staff. The staff is abusive and in our case the patient was worse off coming out than going in. Poor treatment and neglect led to infections. I wouldn't allow my dog to receive such poor care, let alone a loved one. No excuse for the abuse. None!!! The weekend staff is the worst...talk with your loved ones there. Find out the truth...it will make you sick to your stomach. Truly heartbreaking.

Unfortunately, I wish I could leave a positive review. My mother was admitted to Northbrooke for rehab. She had been in the hospital 3 times the month of November. She went to Northbrooke and within 3 wks got Covid from an employee and died. The communication was terrible, the nurses were rude when I would call to check on her. I would think twice before placing my relative in this facility.
