Do yourself a favor and find a different company. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a long list of reasons why they are the absolute worst business to ever be. I seriously don’t know how they are not shutdown. First of all anytime you need to call them it takes forever and a day to talk to a person. The people you talk to are nice but the company has not trained them well or on the same page because we got told several different things that were not consistent from person to person. We ran out of gas when we were on automatic refills and it took them a month or longer to fill it up and it was in the coldest months of the year. They filled it up finally after us calling several times, but we had swapped companies. We used the gas for a week and the tanks were switched to our new company. We cancelled our services and was told the tank would be picked up. We were then told we would not be charged for the gas that was in the tank only a pump out fee. The tank is still sitting at our house and has been since January 2021. We kept getting a bill for an overcharge of the amount we owed from the tank being filled up but when we called was told not to pay the fee and to wait until the tank was picked up and we would only pay pump out fee. We kept getting these bills in the mail and then called to ask again about the late fee. This person told us that nothing had been documented from our multiple calls from the past so she could not honor what we said. She also said she could not speak to me personally about my fiancé’s account when I had previously spoken to several people on his behalf. We asked to speak to a manager, and finally got a call back 2 weeks later. Because of their poor training, nothing was documented so it was their word against ours and we had to pay 2 months worth of a late fee. Our tank is still sitting in the yard of the house we are closing on soon. In conclusion do not use this terrible company and I hope they eventually get shut down. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

AmeriGas Propane is terrible. We ran out of propane on February 3rd and ordered more that day online... Still don’t have it, we tried calling the week we ran out to talk to someone about expediting it. After multiple calls of 30+ minutes on hold and getting hung up on multiple times we finally got someone that told us it was not an option in our area to pay for quicker delivery. Fast forward to our expected delivery date during a snow storm and single digit temperature and still no gas... a week later still no gas... They attempted delivery yesterday while we we not home and could not complete, did not call or leave a note like they had even been here. Called customer service again, said they would reroute the delivery. All day today we have waited for them as their system said it would be delivered today. SAT AT HOME ALL DAY... STILL NO GAS.

The ABSOLUTE!!!! worst customer experience I have ever had. I called to order a propane delivery before running out of gas. I have now been without propane for 4 weeks. I have sat on hold multiple times for over an hour to be told that a delivery was scheduled for the next day and still no one has shown.
