ezpass holder's get a small discount depending on where they live. If you live outside the metro area, then you will pay regular price. I believe it's $10.50 or $12.50 off-peak with ezpass and peak time or regular price, it's $15.00.

Found this information online. Cost - E-ZPass users will pay $11.75 to cross bridges from New Jersey into New York City during peak hours and $9.75 for off-peak. The cash toll will cost $14. You can also Google that information as well.

The East bound traffic to the Goethals ( NJ to NY) will be closed from 10pm Friday to 9am Sat.... You'll need to us either the Bayonne bridge or the Outerbridge

Once the Westbound lanes open at 4am Monday Morning, Goethals Bridge will have right lane closures EastBound from NJ to NY 5/21/18 - 5/25/18 from 6am-6pm; Traffic holds will take place Mon 5/21 and Tues 5/22 - Between 10pm and 5am both days, totalling 4 holds @ 15 mins each. No other weekend construction is expected for Memorial Day weekend, all bridges should remain open unless for emergency related situations.
