If I could give a zero, I would. Titan had to come out to my house to remove my panels so my roof could get replaced. After the roof was replaced, they came back out and put the panels back on the roof. The installers did not talk with me or verify that my system was operational again when they left. It has been over seven weeks and my system still does not work. I cannot get anyone to come out and fix the system. Once a technician was schedule to come out, but they never showed and never called to reschedule. I did finally get someone to come out, but he could fix it. He came a couple days later, and still couldn’t fix it. I am trying to get someone scheduled to come back out and try again, but I am getting no response. I have had to call or email Titan time and time again, but I get no results. Also, the installers were supposed to add another panel or two when they did the re-install, but that did not happen either.

This company is almost impossible to reach. You leave a message and never get a call back. If you wait to talk to someone expect to wait 20-30 min every time. Xcel gave us approval to turn on and we can't get anyone to either tell us how to do it or come out. They did get the solar installed a little faster than expected but after about a month we called Xcel to see what the status was and they said they didn't get the paperwork showing installation was completed. And then when they did complete it, it was wrong.

Very disappointed in our experience. We've had solar installed on a previous home, so we know how the process should work. Here is how things progressed, keep in mind we still do not have an operational system... We contacted Titan in November 2021. Met with our sales rep. Great experience. We went under contract pretty quickly. The first sign to run was the reason we went with Titan in the first place, which was their solar panels. After being under contract already, our sales rep called us and said we are sold out of your panels. They had my second choice available, which turned into my first choice after additional research was completed. It took us from November to April to get our design and permits completed. Not terrible, but a bit longer than expected. Installation was scheduled right away for mid May. Within 30 days as promised. Unfortunately that is the last bit of good from our project to date. We had a crew come out in May and before they even started work, the crew lead said they should have scheduled two days for our install. They left an open trench, which was understandable, but didn't complete what was necessary for the county to come out and inspect it to close the trench as soon as possible. It was open for nearly two months (May - July). We have small children and animals, so this was a hazard and an eye sore, not just an eye sore. We had Titan come back for what should have been the second and final day of install in July. The crew didn't even install our panels yet, all that was done was installation of the array channels on the roof. Day three of install took place in September. We had our panels finally installed, but a few weeks later, our final inspection failed. I'd like to blame the county for this, but really they're looking out for us and this is a rare occasion where I appreciate the jurisdiction in which I live. We are now in October almost a year from the start of this process, with a new permit, panels on our roof, but no meter, and no solar power generation. The last company we used, I should've used again. They had our contract to power generation complete within 90 days under the same government jurisdiction too. So if Titan tries to blame our county, it is not their fault, it is Titan. Better efforts need to be coordinated in their scheduling and communication needs to be better as a whole. I work in consulting and value every one of my clients/customers. Titan does not value their customers or more of an effort would be made to ensure customer satisfaction. I even understand the time constraints, but it was ME calling Titan every time I felt it was too long since we heard from them rather than Titan constantly updating me. Titan needs a better process, I trust they have the best team they can afford to hire working for them, but their internal processes are broken. If you choose to go with Titan, expect a long process with little to no communication. Our portal was only updated when critical milestones were met, none of the BS in between. I don't like writing bad reviews, let alone telling a company they need to get their act together, but this is absurd at this point.

I am trying to get them to finish the install, called everyday for a week and they promise a 24 hour turnaround to get the solar install completed, so far nobody called back, didn't schedule anything. I have solar panels stacked up in my yard and the electrical is not complete as well, but they received the money from the bank, why should they care. Oh and when I call everyday, I am on hold for more then 45 minutes. I just saw your reply, emailing info was the first thing I did besides calling everyday and no response as well.

Questions & Answers

does anyone have a name of someone in installation dept in the Denver office? We can't get anyone to call us back. The install has been dragging since June. Just sit on hold when calling.
