It's okay they just take forever to load you

There are no set hours. I drove over an hour to pick up my pack after being told someone will be there until 1400. When I arrived at 1145 I was told I just missed them and come back tomorrow. Gas is way to expensive to be driving 2 hours out my way because they failed to do their job. Highly disappointed with this FedEx branch. I stayed home from work waiting on a package I needed to sign for but my doorbell never rang nor did I hear a knock. I will say the facility is very clean and the Security guard was super professional.
