My 1st time contacting a electronic repair man for a tv. Mr.Carswell was prompt in returning my email and explained about the model tv I have in depth. Unfortunately my tv can't be saved...however Mr Carswell gave me a lil nugget of info that I appreciate so that I wouldn't be swindled by another repair man (not sure if that was his intention but I took it that way😉). Will definitely use him in the future should I need any tv repairs.
