Just had a check engine light on and decided to stop by. Older lady ran the check and was extremely rude and the least informative as possible. Didn’t give me codes, didn’t offer to help me find a part to help my problem, just said “crankshaft” and then left, back inside.

First off Larry is super helpful and knowledgeable. He is why this store gets five stars. I had to do a return and he made it go so easily!!!! Earlier in the week the computers were down and then the store hours changed. I was expecting to have to help some new young employee do their job but Larry was Johnny-on-the-spot!
