Anderson's Chimney and Masonry Service completed two jobs at my house. First was a chimney relining, the second was to replace the exterior decorative rock on my chimney. The Anderson team did an outstanding job on both occasions, I am very happy with the results.

Great service! They were very careful with my white fireplace and bamboo floors and left them immaculate! They used 2 thick drop cloths for protection. David talked me through each step of the cleaning process. Showed me live, clear, video of the inside of our chimney and pointed out any issues/ perfections he noticed. At the end of the service David even cleaned off all the smudges of dirt on my white fireplace bricks. I told him to not worry about it as I was confident the dirt was caused by the birds living in our chimney this summer and not the technicians. He insisted and clean it anyway! They set me up with new sand, and the rock wool was added perfectly. They even added nice lava rock around my gas fireplace! I was not expecting that. I was honestly expecting the minimum to be done: set up the fake logs correctly and just check to make sure our gas lines worked properly. Now our fireplace looks so realistic! You know how some techs can see the slightest issue beginning to form and they make you feel like your house is doomed if you don’t fix it right away? David was NOTHING like that. This is something I really appreciated. He calmly alerted me of some issues starting to form (our house is 30 years old) but just to keep an eye on it. We will 100% be using Anderson’s in the future.

Recently Anderson Chimney and Masonry Service repaired and restored my fireplace and furnace chimneys. The day after I called Matt H. and Sean were here to inspect and advise what was needed. They worked VERY hard and kept me informed of what they were doing, showed me pictures, and answered all my questions. When the masonry work was completed Matt made sure that all was satisfactory in appearance. I highly recommend Anderson's! My home is now safe and looks great thanks to you!
