I would give zero stars if I could. Charges 50% of the service you request when booking which is understandable except when I had to cancel last minute do to a positive Covid test they refused to refund me and said it would be put towards my next appointment. I booked another appointment a month later and the 50% charge was NOT applied to my new appointment when I brought this to their attention I was told the refund is coming. Well, guess what it never came (big surprise I know). Then to make matters even worse my stylist did NOT know what he was doing and gave me a horrible cut. I even showed him pictures of what I wanted and we discussed the length I wanted etc. I was looking for a cut that is short in the back and get longer in the front with dramatic layers, but what I got was a cut that was a haircut that’s the same length in the front and the back. My haircut is now too short to fix with the cut I asked for so I will have to go with a totally different style to even attempt to fix the mess he made. Oh, and did I mention that he just yanked the brush through my tangles instead of gently removing them resulting in split ends? He also used no products to protect my hair from the heat of the hair dryer. When I called and complained I was told that the manager said they cannot do refunds because the charges are for a service and that I can’t dispute it with my bank because it isn’t fraud WHAT??? I am well within my rights to dispute a charge for services that I am dissatisfied with through my bank.

OMG! I absolutely love my haircut from Tiffany! She said"bob's we're her jam" and she wasn't kidding. I've had a hard time finding someone that can do a good bob hairstyle. She was so knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to get more fullness in my hair. The best part though was when she washed my hair. Her head massage was better than any I've ever had. She took her time and it was really relaxing. I swear she has magic fingers. It cost me no more than the other salon I used to go to, this was my first time trying them. Go see Tiffany! She's amazingly talented!

This used to be a great salon and I went here for over 4 years. Since the new ownership the place has gone downhill and is unprofessional. We showed up for 2 appointments for haircuts and the place was closed. I called and was told my hairstylist no longer works there. They couldn't be bothered to call and reschedule or cancel the appointment. I hope my stylist found a better and more professional place to work.
