I was very unhappy with Icon legacy. I had absolutely no contact with anyone while my home was being built. Was referred to speak with my contractor and when I advised them I couldn’t they still wouldn’t help me. My house is already starting to fall apart. The paint is cheap and is peeling. Scrubbing it with a sponge will rip the paint. Part of the cupboards fall off and I have only lived in my house for 1.5 yrs! The master bathroom is worse and is going to have to be completely replaced. I was hoping for a much better project and very disappointed with the disconnect between buyer and builder. I’m paying for the product, I should be able to speak with someone besides my contractor! Do not use this company!!

ZERO STARS...LP THIS IS A BAD COMPANY DO NOT TRUST. They lie on price and don't keep price and delivery day. Made me spend 5 months and $30.000 to get the plans. Signed an agreement in June 2020 and but they kept changing and increasing the price up until November with an price increase of almost $400K. They also never delivered plans, approvals or anything as agreed and now they are giving me an issue to return my deposit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Hi Shirley. Icon works with independent builders' designs. These can be engineered prints, architectural drawings, commercial floorplans or napkin drawings. Here at Icon we see our product is very customizable and will actively work with the independent builder to develop the design the homebuyer is looking for.
Icon Legacy is able to provide windows from several difference manufacturers- 7D (http://www.7dindustries.com/), Andersen (https://www.andersenwindows.com/), Plygem (https://www.plygem.com/windows-doors/windows/), ViWinco (https://www.viwinco.com/), Marvin (https://www.marvin.com/products/windows), Pella (https://www.pella.com/windows/), etc.... All are available in a range of designs and price points. Contact your independent builder and ask them about modular building materials by Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes, llc.
It all depends on what position u start at but no less than 10 dollars an hour.i started at 11.50 an hour ive been there 4 months and im up to 13.25
