I have been here a few times before. Love the ambience. Super cozy place. We ordered the charcuterie board, cheese, French onion soup, and the Trout. Everything was very underwhelming. I’m used to going out and paying a premium price for food, but I wouldn’t come here again and pay the prices we did for very underwhelming food. The service was okay. We had a hard time hearing our waiter, which made asking questions difficult. (We’re in our late 20’s so no - it wasn’t our hearing that was the problem.) Overall, maybe I would try this place one more time? Not sold on the idea, but it’s close to where we stay and it’s very quiet and cozy.

First impression: something seems off in the dining room. It feels like I’m at a Panera bread. My wife thinks it’s way too bright for dinner. Aside from decor, service is ok, staff seem stressed, this place does high turnover, in a touristy spot, so it’s understandable. The menu is hardcore french. I got a few traditional French dishes, they were good. We had fun, came here for pre theater, like most guests. This place opened in 2006, hasn’t changed much. Not sure if I would return, maybe for pre theater only.

Overall very very cozy. Great for a date night before theater shows too. Lovely front of the house staff that truly cares for their diners. Food and wine selection is amazing as well as presentation.

Yes, it is. They have some heaters out and they chuck out a lot of heat. Moved 2 tables away from it and still could feel a slight warming.
There are quite a few near Bar Boulud and Lincoln Center. Try using the app Spot Hero.
This is a French restaurant. Of course they offer calf's liver. Have never had a bad meal at this restaurant yet!
