Did a walk- in for a pedicure before heading on vacation. Started ok, they did light trim of the nails, but didn’t file rough edges to make the nail even. The scrub was the worst part of the pedicure, he used the scrub (instead of an oil or lotion) as a massage and tore into the skin causing blood spots and vivid red skin. I had to make him stop the scrub due to being rubbed raw. After rinse, applied cheap lotion into all the cuts causing a burning reaction. He rinsed again and applied a gel polish (the cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed). I had to keep telling him to stop or rinse off product and felt ignored. Got home and found numerous scabs from the rough treatment and it took over a week for my shredded legs to recover which impacted my vacation. The gel peeled off a week later vice lasting the normal 4-5 weeks. Worst pedicure I ever had. I don’t recommend this salon due to the poor quality products, service, and high cost. I told my friend about the experience and she also had the same issues with this salon. I will not return.

I'm sorry but the service I received was terrible. After being referred here by a friend who's nails always look good. I will say that my daughter's nails were done well she loved them. Unfortunately the gentleman that did mine rushed me, told me they couldn't make the silver glitter look like the sample because it was a sample (I get my nails done religiously and never have I had a problem with a basic silver glitter looking like silver glitter...) He left lumps in the polish, get polish over my cuticles and when I tried to ask him to fix it before it dried under the light he got frustrated and raised his voice saying "Oh my God!" Like I was being unreasonable. When at the end I asked him to fix it, it was the same areas he could have wiped away before they set. In drilling off the excess he made me bleed twice. I hate complaining and making a scene but he acted like I was wrong for just wanting my nails to be done right. I have never left a bad review but this was a terrible experience. The girl that did my daughter's nails was amazing, maybe this gentleman should just not do nails, or reconsider his customer service and attention to detail. :(

I made an appointment for full set and pedicure. Pedicure was ok but even with an appointment I had to wait for a long time before they could get to me. They put cold water and said they had it all the way hot, so that was uncomfortable. They did great and spent time on the massage which was nice. After the pedicure I had to wait another 45 min to an hr before they were able to get to my nails. The tech wasn't very nice and demanded I have someone bring cash because I only had my debit card. She also said I could venmo, but I don't have that app. They also charged my a higher price than what they quoted on the phone when I made the appointment and when I asked why she told my that's always the price. Within 3 days of my nails being done 3 have broken off right at the tips. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. If you want somewhere good, I'd recommend Glam Nail Bar and Spa.

They did an amazing job! Cathy was my nail tech and she was friendly, didn't make me feel rushed, and the results were beautiful. I'll definitely be back!
