This is possibly the worst Wendy's in the Tri-State area. Avoid this location. We go because it is close and usually on the way to or from where we are going. Every time we go here something is messed up. 10/22/22 we went here to grab something quick for breakfast before a day of yard work. Ordered a number 9 Bacon egg and cheese and received a sausage egg and cheese. today on 10/27/22 ordered a number 1 maple bacon chicken croissont with a sprite and received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a ginger ale. Not only that but the workers are always rude. I spent 12 minutes waiting in the parking lot for two sandwiches and a coffee. Ridiculously bad service.

They told me to go to the next window Couldn’t even order they would barely let me say one thing then walk away and I waited to order for 4 minutes so they came back and walked away again way too much going on they need better workers and a better manager

Food is always served tempid at best! Adding an update to review...I haven't gone to this location in a year, and it hasn't gotten any better the food still served barely warm Bourbon bacon burger was made with very little fried onion and smashed flat ...like the employees could care less!!!! The fries were horrible so much for the guarantee, not worth the extended wait!! I will not go back here!!!

Honestly, do not use door dash. They are the WORST. I worked at a pizza shop for the last 2½ years and have never seen a company so incompetent. You probably think what you're choosing online is going directly to the restaurant. It's not. Someone at door dash's call center in India is calling the restaurant and placing your order over the phone. (The phone numbers come out of California, but the people were DEFINITELY calling from India.) I HATED answering the phone when they called. They were the WORST. Then their drivers were terrible, and then we'd find out that they called the whole order in wrong anyway. Please, use anyone but door dash, you'll have much better luck. Do not torture the local restaurant employees with that company
