I would assume so as there is an entrance/exit from inside the stadium and outside of the stadium. You will need a ticket to the stadium to enter the Hard Rock during a game. We chose to eat and wait in the Hard Rock prior to the game starting as they opened 30 minutes prior to the stadium opening.

Thanks for that useless response Cecelia. If I ask how's the water, are you gonna tell me it's wet? I did check online and Google says they are only open until 5pm which seems really early, Their website indicates that those hours are for the STORE not the actual restaurant, which is why I'm asking the question, to see if that is accurate.
