Be careful with this place, the people here are SHADY. THE WAITER ARBITRARILY CHANGED THE TIP AMOUNT!!!! I ordered a chicken korma, which was about $17, and I signed a 10 percent tip. A few days later, the final amount turned out to be $27!!!! So the waiter wrote himself a 60% tip, not to mention his service was poor! This is one of the shadiest restaurants I’ve ever been to

Overall, some of the best Himalayan food you can get. I can smell the food from nearby businesses, and then I crave it. If you like that style of food, try this place. I only wish they had a better building, and that the decor was a bit more prominent.

So much good here to talk about. The restaurant is only about 15 tables in a repurposed hole-in-the-wall nondescript building right off US 50 just north of Main St. The low ceilings and prayer flags speak nothing to the food, I think the place was run by one waiter and one or two in the kitchen so don't count on the service to be brilliant or fast. You're there for the food, and all that other stuff really adds to the ambiance rather than distracting. We had the chicken Mo-Mo dumplings, curried lamb, and lamb saag, along with plain naan. All was fabulous and plenty, so we even got a take home second meal. It came with really perfect rice too. The dumplings were great, firm and tasty. The curried lamb was spicy, but not too much. The saag was a real surprise, with great flavors way beyond spinach and lamb. We were there for dinner and plan to return next week to have lunch with friends and show them our Montrose "find".

We stayed at Hampton and went grab food. Every dish we ordered was soooo good. Garlic naan bread is the best I’ve ever had. The potato was very outstanding. As a person who doesn’t like potato, I loved the potato and couldn’t stop eating it. 5 stars for sure!!!
