I think i was scammed. I purchased a pack of chicken thighs on June 29. It had a "special" sticker on it, which usually means that the meat is near its date and they've reduced the price to sell it immediately. However the chicken was dated July 7. The next day, my fridge reeked of old meat. Another day went by before i opened the meat and it smelled terrible and had gone bad in my fridge in under 3 days. I think they repacked it and with a new label (and false expiration) because it was well within the expiration date (still is despite smelling up my fridge) So yeah, be mindful of the "manager's special" meat.
