My disabled sister came into this store yesterday and purchased a blue iPhone XR once she got it home and we looked it over the screen is completely scratched up and the front facing camera is nothing but a blur. We called and requested for the phone to be switched out considering it hasn’t been 24hrs from the purchase time. The available associate and the manager stated all sales are final and even though they sold my disabled sister a phone that does not work appropriately for full price, they’re was nothing they could do or would be willing to do. This store and the ones that work here are fraudulent and a complete scam. They took full advantage and did not care to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. There customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen. Do not purchase anything from here and if you do. Thoroughly check your phone or device before purchasing.
