Ive been shopping here for over 10 years and it always amazes me how incredibly rude they are. They have never greeted me or offered me any help in the many years i have shopped there (i guess when you are the only store in town you dont need customer service). Last time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and had to yell continuously for help just to make a purchase so they would probably be very easy to steal from. If you want a small art supply store there is a much better one in great barrington.
