Rude service from the lady’s. 3 week turn around time for glasses if you use Medicaid if you pay cash it’s less than one week. You call they say they will call you back and they don’t. Just horrible customer service.

Went here at the recommendation of my sister-in-law few years back. Let me just say this saved my life. Been wearing glasses for most of my life and have astigmatism. I used to have another Optometrist, and they used to say I have a bad astigmatism and can't really help my problem. I couldn't gauge depth which made me dizzy and forced me to stop tennis during high school. I came to Crystal Lens and saw Dr. Lee, she instantly recognized my problem and fixed my vision. I was amazed at her accuracy. How did she know?? Her intuition is impeccable. She literally looked at my eyes for less than 15 min and gave me new prescription and said this should fix your eye problem. After that, I found new Frames out of their selection and paid extra for the transition Lens. I'm writing this review because Its time for new eye exam, new frames and lens. Really pleased with their service. If I stayed with my old Optometrist, I would have still had bad headaches, dizziness, bad depth, bad quality of life.

Too expensive this place 180 dollars and in another place the same ones are in 25 dollars I needed them urgently. You definitely can't buy the glasses there. I will not go back to that place

This place just lost us as customers,we used them for our youngest son about 10 months ago but we won't go back,one of the receptionist needs to go to customer service classes as her attitude could be better to say the least (rude),she had a very bad attitude with my wife to the point where I had to call them when we needed to purchase contacts (of course at another optical) we simply needed the prescription faxed to the other optical,they did it eventually but not before making us wait like almost an hour,the receptionist excuse was that the doctor had a patient inside examining room and she couldn't go and use the fax machine,so we waited almost an hour,,and just today we called to get our son PD measurement and of course they refused!! I understand they don't have to but out courtesy they should do it,my optician does it for me with no problems,like I said they just lost us as customers,won't be going back, BTW PD measurement is easily done with an app,my son was at school so I thought it would be easier to get it from his eye doctor,,#We won't be coming back to this place for sure
