Was cool to visit this place again! I knew of FOS back when their location was off a back alley near Milton and SoCo in Austin (probably 8 years ago?) Thought they had bit the dust to Austin rent but turns out they moved to SA! Can be a bit pricey for your average collector, but they do have lots of collectible stuff (as they did back at their Austin location) if you're looking for deep cuts or rarer pressings.

They really do have a good selection. Had my eye on some records to purchase on Amazon, but thought I would come here first - instead of repressings, got originals in good condition for much cheaper than Amazon prices. I'll be back!

It is very substantial in all genres of the age of vinyl.
We typically have a small selection of interesting used CDs and maybe a few new titles, but not pop hits you’d hear on the radio currently

Hi Danny! Thanks for writing. We get audio equipment from time to time, all of it is used/vintage and refurbished/tuned up for resale. We are looking at carrying new turntables, but do not at this time. I would call the store, before heading down there, to ask what is currently in stock. We definitely have vintage receivers when we have equipment.

Everyone is required to be masked up before entry and use provided hand sanitizer before browsing we also check your temperature and I am currently waiting on a sneeze guard for the front desk (the last one broke)

Their inventory changes so fast since it is a used market it is best to call to either have them hold a record for you or stop by and search.
