Was very dissapointed with the meat quality. My cousin ended up getting two rib cuts but they was not juicy at all. I would not reccomend at going here at all! I have heard from others that they sell slightly lower weight cuts than advertised. DO NOT GO HERE! Owner was also very rude to my cousin, who had crutches and could not open the door, but the owner did not notice and come help them get in! Very bad experience he said. I will look for better meat markets with fresh meat, Maurices Slaughterhouse does not care about quality sadly.

Questions & Answers

Do you process deer? And if so what's an average price?

We do process deer, and a LOT of them! It's 45.00 for skinning, and 1.20 per pound cut and wrapped, on the hanging weight. Just give us a call before you come to drop off, and bring your legal tag with your confirmation number. Thanks, and hope to see you this hunting Season!! Kim, from Maurice's. Beef, pigs, goats, sheep and legal wild game. We don't process any poultry, it is a different license so there is no cross contamination from salmonella which is carried in poultry. Thanks!!
