Their staff is very poorly managed about their equipment. We came for a normal lunch meal, and were turned away because their card reader was broken. The guy ahead of us got his food and the "manager" let him take it anyways so he could come back later in the day to pay. This showed a gross negligence to consistency and a double standard. We were told they'd put up a sign to help customers know of this issue. We returned 45 minutes later after getting some groceries and cash at Walmart across the street, but went through the drive through this time. No signs on the front doors, no signs on the drive through. When we got up to order we were told of the card reader being broken after we placed our order, and was asked if that was still okay. Aside from there being a sign, they should have started the interaction with this, not wait until the time they told us the price to let us know. While I love Jack in the Box, I do not love this kind of service. I'll surely continue to eat at Jack in the Box, but definitely not at this location. My father went to this jack in the box today as I requested. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been thinking about Jack in the bot a lot since its all I crave when pregnant and this is my first pregnancy outside of California. When my dad went to order my food he was informed my favorite was no longer available as of today. My dad went along and ordered me something else and was discussing why he was even there in the first place to the worker. This kind worker took pity on me and made my food even though it is not longer available. My dad just hot here and it was made more perfect than I have ever seen. Dear worker you made me cry today. Thank you for giving me the one thing I have wanted this whole time.

I ordered and sourdough jack. I ate about half, and kept thinking something is wrong. The bread was hard. That's when I realized one of the pieces of bread wasn't sourdough. It was just a regular bottom bun turn over with the white part was out and the crust was on the inside. We don't have JIB in salt lake city so I was excited to have some while traveling. Super disappointing. They could have just told me they didn't have sourdough.

Very disappointed in this location! Not only were we in the drive through for at least 20 minutes with only four cars ahead of us. After waiting for so long we get our food and they gave us the complete wrong burger in the correct box. I purchased the bacon swiss butter burger. I was in total disbelief in how small this $6.00 burger was. It seriously looked like it should have been on the dollar menu!! The burger was about 4" wide. I finished the burger in only four bites! I usually go to the location in St. George. They're always awesome!
