Update: Tyler came out and added shoe molding to all our baseboards and it now looks great. Thanks for helping us Tyler! I wish I could give them a better review, but I can't. The team was always incredibly nice and the initial appointment went great.. However when the install guys arrived I told them they would most likely need to level out the floors as they were wildly uneven and that it had been discussed in the initial appointment. They agreed and said they would but proceeded to install our wood floors without. We had someone else do our baseboards and we quickly saw that our floors were in fact not level at all. When I called to tell River City about this, they said that it just happens and they should put caulk around the bottom. I proceeded to tell them we have areas that there is a half an inch gap between the baseboard and floors and they again said that is normal. That can't be normal. For visual reference and my own sanity I stacked 6 pennies on top of each other and slid them in the gap to show how bad it is. Disappointed that they won't stand behind their installation and fix the errors they made.

Beautiful flooring..I live in New Jersey so I had a contractor install the flooring. The quality and price of the engineered hardwood floors I purchased from River City Flooring can never be found in a local big box store. My GC kept convincing me to install LVPs I couldn't bring myself to like LVP flooring. After 47 samples of flooring I found the perfect one thanks to Jordan and his team. It was the last sample I received and prayed it would be the one and it was!!! I would give them 10 stars for quality price and professionalism!

Could not be more pleased with River City Flooring. Hired RCF to install hardwoods throughout our newly purchased home, to include a curved staircase. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice regarding potential issues/solutions specific to the install in this home. Excellent communication throughout the process and the work completed is absolutely amazing. The floors are beautiful and the crew went above and beyond to complete the project. Jordan and the team were amazing! Every step in the process was super easy and the quality of product is beautiful! The install has been a breeze and the guys were spectacular to have around! They did my entire home (2 stories) of glued down hardwood, and all new baseboards as well as all the demo of my previous flooring (carpet linoleum and entry way tile) for an extremely reasonable price in 5 days beginning to end! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
