Update 8/22 Bud Polley's manager called after I posted my negative review and apologized and assigned a new project manager. The new project manager (Jimmy) made all the difference. Jimmy got the project back on track. The installation team did a great job and I highly recommend their work. I've changed my rating to 4 stars. It would have been 5 starts if Jimmy had been in charge from the beginning. I've found out recently that the project manager that caused my problems is no longer with Bud Polley's. I've recently returned to Bud Polley's to shop for kitchen flooring. I'm remodeling my bathroom and went to BudPolley's primarily because their installation services are very good... They have a good ceramic tile selection and the salesman was helpful but that's where the good service ended... I took samples home and decided which tile I wanted and went back to the store to return the samples and have the tile ordered... The salesman I had been working with was off that day so another salesman took the information and said he'd email to my salesman... I waited two weeks and never heard a word so I called and talked to my salesman, he claimed he didn't get the email... Ok, that could have happened so i told him what I wanted and he was going to come out and measure before ordering... He called that day and said he couldn't come because of COVID-19 but said if I sent him the dimensions he'd send me an estimated cost, I did and never heard from him... Assuming he was laid off I waited 4 weeks... It's the beginning of May and stores are opening so I checked the BudPolley website and wouldn't you know they were open for business... So I called my salesman and asked about my email and the estimate he didn't have any explanation... I was willing to forget about the email if we could get the process started he said he'd come out and take measurements in a couple days... He never showed up... I'm done with BudPolley...

My installation process was so impressive. The group of gentleman were efficient, courteous, and skilled. I will absolutely use Polly’s in the future and recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Mike and Zack are the sales associates i have worked with in the past and im very happy with the level of professionalism and level of knowledge they both demonstrated to me. They directed me to the best/correct product i needed instead of allowing me to waste my money on a product that was more expensive and going to be less durable in the application i was using it in!!! Above and beyond in customer service and product knowledge!!! Couldn't be happier!!!
