I felt I was treated poorly at my first visit to SEE. I have some major eye issues in my right eye, so even with glasses I see 20/40 or worse depending on the day. This was also my first visit to any optometrist since the eye issues started, so everything was new to me. The optometrist seemed annoyed at me the whole time for having these eye problems and for making her job more difficult. Sorry? I did get my prescription updated, so I got what I came for. Next time I'll try somewhere else.

Been coming here for the past few years for eye exams and purchasing frames. I love the staff. They are so nice. And I love the frames! SEE chooses interesting colors, materials and shapes and makes rly small batches of each frame (only a few dozen I believe), so you know you’ll have a unique look!

Average experience from experts due to, I don't know what. I answered, trusted, and agreed with everything I was advised to do. Paid what was billed, no questions. And yet, I have to crane my neck when I work on my 27inch monitor. Mind you, this was the first thing the sales expert asked me and I answered him in the first 2 mins of my consultation. We had a lengthy chat about designers, and colors, and glasses as well. However, when I raised this issue at pickup, I was advised to place 27inch monitor in this way, and that way, none of which works. Basically the glasses are for someone who working on the laptop, EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE A LAPTOP,, MAYBE BUY ONE TO GO WITH THESE GLASSES? Additionally The lens itself seems to be "dull." I don't know the technical term, but white my other lenses let me read in slightly poor lighting, like if I am reading a jar label in ordinary kitchen lighting, for this one I have to go very close to a lamp, or a window. What could I have done differently, what can I change now?
