I ordered 3 nippon shaft's last week and said it was in stock yet my order was never placed. My amex card was pending a charge but never shipped and no email or explanation. If you don't have it don't say it's in stock. I should have known better.

Mixed bag of pros and cons. Pros: 1. Maltby components work well for the most part. 2. Excellent selection and prices on name brand shafts, grips, etc. Cons: 1. Less than optimal online ordering experience. 2. The online QA can be almost indecipherable. You can find instances where they say exactly the opposite thing about the same product. Or give an answer that isn't really an answer. Bottom line, not that useful for club fitting info. You're just gonna have to buy it and see... Will probably keep ordering, but I think I might shift back to OEM clubs for my next set even though I'm happy with the Maltbly set I built.

I purchased a putter shaft 6 months ago. On 2-26-22, at the time the shaft was in stock. I got an email confirmation saying the shaft was back ordered until march. No big deal. I waited a few months and looked on the website and the shaft now said unavailable. I emailed for the first time asking for a response as to when it would be available again. No response. Waited a few months and emailed AGAIN asking what’s going on. No response. I called several times and nobody answered the phone. Emailed again today stating I would like to cancel the order. Left a Facebook message on messenger telling them I would like to cancel the order and it took them a Facebook message to contact me back. I’ll be purchasing a putter shaft elsewhere.
