I was a patient here for several years and every visit I was astounded at the incompetence of the staff. I didn’t receive the paperwork I was supposed to receive, a nurse missed my vein and then had a rude attitude when I commented about how bad it hurt, too many recorded messages instead of being able to talk to a caring person, medical records lost or confused with another patient…the list goes on. If you need a good alternative doctor or chelation go to Dr Patel in Cedar Hill. He’s far more organized and caring.

It has been years, and I still have traumatic flashbacks to my horrendous experience at Gonino's Center for healing. I was very dissatisfied with my experience here. My chronic neurological symptoms were not addressed by Dr. Gonino during my appointment with him. He talked nearly the whole length of the appointment, and then passed me off to the new patient coordinator to go over everything he said. I found the new patient coordinator to have a cold demeanor and she most certainly was not polite during our meeting. She was extremely rude and judgemental. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients! The center's central messages are that "Love Heals" and that Dr. Gonino is "Tired and fed up with western medicine and prescription pills". Nonetheless, I left with a prescription in in hand for synthetic medication, two pages of supplement recommendations (many of which I am allergic to), and I most certainly did not feel "loved" or "healed".

Can’t say enough about Dr. Gonino and the Team of caring professionals at Gonino Healing Center, Rockwell, Texas! Met Dr. Gonino almost twenty years ago, a year after our 12 yo daughter was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. My husband and I largely credit Dr. Gonino with saving her life. The combined common sense and care of an old fashioned Country Doctor along with His knowledge and experience with both Holistic/Naturopathic and Traditional Medicine has been a God send for our family. Would highly recommend Gonino Center for Healing to anyone, whether you have a life threatening disease, or just want to maintain good health with preventative care, Can’t say enough about this great Doctor and the staff here!
