First meeting was outstanding, Ruth was a pure pleasure to work with and get all the info we asked for. The only reason I give it a 4 star was we have more work to do, but I have a strong feeling that as we progress in the process I'll be upgrading my rating. Update: The help and advise that I received from my entire team warranted a 10 rating.

I love the fact that our price that was contracted did not fluctuate. Once we got a price for upgrades the price stayed the same. I loved our field manager Aaron. He was very timely with all of my random questions and thoughts.

My wife and live in Northlake Summit. Renting at 1120 a month for 2 bedroom. Can we get a home with a small or very little land in Sunbury area for 165,000.00? Our lease is up next March and we can go month to month- Nationwide 22 years.
