This hotel has some nice furniture in the lobby and at first glance looks like it's very nice....and then you find out there's no elevator to get your luggage to the second floor and you have to walk up several stairs to get to the second level. This is extremely difficult with an elderly person who uses a walker! Rooms are very outdated and we had only 2 available outlets in our whole room. Whatever you do, absolutely DO NOT book your stay here during baseball week! It was horrific! We had approximately 40 unaccompanied teenagers running up and down the halls throwing handfuls of ice cubes at each other until after 2am! They were loitering in the business center, tv area, halls and staircases with absolutely no adult supervision being very loud, playing loud music and shouting obscenities at each other and the front desk staff allowed this behavior to go on for HOURS! They wrecked the pool area with a food fight...there was literally food all over the pool area and also in the pool, a hotdog at the bottom of the pool and trash all over the pool area! This happened Friday night and we found it and reported it at 9:30 am Saturday morning, pool opens at 7 am, the lady at the front desk said it would be taken care of immediately....when we checked out Sunday morning it was finally being dealt with. They were completely unapologetic about our kids not being able to use the pool and all of the commotion from the unruly guests. The only thing I will give a good review on is the free breakfast....the lady running it is absolutely AMAZING! She kept everything stocked and clean and running smoothly right up until breakfast ended and she never kicked people out that got there right before 10 am. I wish the front desk staff could take a lesson from this lady on how to be friendly and nice!

The hotel was very nice. All the common areas were clean & we'll kept. The rooms were nice & could use some updating but for the price this is by no means a complaint. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Most of the staff were great. We had an issue at check in and almost got charged for a dog because the people behind us had a dog. This interaction at check in wasn't great. The people maintaining the breakfast area and cleaning up the common areas were always working very hard and were very kind. I have a hard time lifting my leg high due to a surgical injury. I booked an accessible room hoping for a lower tub. Unfortunately the accessible room is still a high sided tub. It does have handles and a shower chair and was on the first floor. Otherwise the room was as expected. Overall we enjoyed the Ramada in Price and would stay again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Could have used 4 pillows instead of 3 since they were very flat and my husband and I had to play rock paper scissors to pick who was uncomfortable. Breakfast had a great selection overall but they were out of fruit and yogurt by the time I got there each day. Bacon was always severely burnt but the eggs were good and my daughter enjoyed the waffles.
