This is an honest review. You will get what you paid for. I asked for a 15x20 concrete pad and a french drain. The final product is a 15x20 concrete pad and a french drain. My review is an average of the following categories: 2 Stars for Communication: there is an obvious lack of communication between the company leadership and the crew regarding the scope of and completion of work. Recommend asking for a copy of the scope of work and itemized estimate before signing the contract. Also, do not expect to know when anyone will show up. 4 Stars for Professionalism: the crew is very friendly and hard working. 4 Stars for Quality of Product: the pad looks GREAT; the drain was installed - to be determined if it is fully functional. 3 Stars for Timeliness: they are fast - this is not necessarily a good thing; this is a company that values quantity over quality; and they are even faster to invoice for payment. 1 for Clean-up/Personal Property: again expect what you pay for, but do not expect landscaping or protection of personal property. Around 30% of my yard was left rocky and grassless. Obviously there is going to be disruption by digging and heavy machinery, and they do throw grass around, but is does not grow on packed down and rocky dirt. Mowing the lawn has become quite challenging as well. Lastly, they did not protect my home and sliding glass door with plastic; therefore, it was completely covered in wet concrete left to harden overnight. I spent 4-5 hours cleaning off individual bits of cement including the track and screen. This was my biggest complaint to the company and they did send crew out to clean the door with a glass scraper, which helped, and they explained to me that the tiny bits of concrete all over my house will eventually weaken and fall off. At that point, we were done and I was not going have them pick off each drop of concrete because they would have been there all night. Response to Owner: Dear Brian, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and I am glad that my experience may better serve other customers. I would still like copies of the scopes of work and itemized list of deliverables that predate the signed contract. I have yet to receive these as requested prior. I would also like to, again, extend an invitation to my home so that you can personally assure me that the completed project is up to the standards that your company promises. Thank you, Bridget
