Changed its name to the Santa Fe Inn at this location listed!!! Unfortunately I didn't stay long enough to take pic but the room I got was definitely different than the pics displayed. Sorry. Opened the door, turned around got on my phone and booked another hotel elsewhere didn't mind the fact that it was nonrefundable

The best part of my stay here was checking out. We cheaped it out to save $ to go to Universal Studios, this was a mistake. There were loud guests at all hours, there were roaches in the bathroom and the shower is so small I now feel like I know what it is like to serve on a submarine. The small things like the remote not working for the TV I could live with, but if you plan on getting a good nights sleep here stay locked and loaded. We ended up going to a store and buying our own pillows. (There is nothing close). Be advised this is a very rough neighborhood. They will also want your driver license to hold, or a $100 deposit. The only reason I can imagine for this is so that you must return to check out if you are staying multiple days. I noticed when leaving several guests were blocked in and unable to leave the parking lot. The lot is a joke. This was the end of our week long trip through several states and multiple positive stays at different hotels. Funny how all the positive reviews are from anonymous.

Horrible for the price. The pillows were all balled up and hard, had to buy our own pillows. The carpet was disgusting and there were roaches in our room. The doors aren't sound proof and you can hear people coming in and out of their rooms all night, along with dogs constantly barking. You had to pretty much fight to get a parking space. Twice we had to park at another parking lot, away from the hotel. Never again will we stay there.

This place was so small and not well kept. The front desk clerk looked like he had just gotten up from bed and put a shirt on and done. He was polite though. Once we get our room, we cant even open the door all the way because the dresser is there stopping it. The bathroom was decent but the shower was so small that i felt trapped in that shower room. The carpet was old and needed cleaning for sure. The bed had pieces of paper from what i assume the previous people that were there. Continental breakfast was cereal milk and coffee. The walls on the room were stained from never being painted at all. I honestly would probably stay here only for the fact that it is so close to my family's house, but other than that i would stay away from it.
