I wanted to do business at a local store rather than buy on line. I almost didn't stop when I saw a different name on the Mason-Montgomery store. Then I saw the a-frame sign on the sidewalk saying they still carried New Balance. The sales guy was very helpful, but supply chain issues cause a very limited inventory of walking shoes. I bought a pair of cross trainers (spent a little more than I would have for walkers), but that's OK. Supporting local businesses is important!

no longer a new balance store, but they still carry new balance shoes....they just are no longer a corporate store. they are now a lucky shoes store. The employee I spoke to was very nice and was willing to go out of his way to help me.

I don't know. The cashier did not offer us one oh, and I did not think to ask. I would suggest calling and asking the manager.
New Balance does not have a bowling shoe. The store you are asking about had a very limited selection of the entire product line and I was advised to check the NB website for the shoe I wanted. Just checked for bowling shoes - no results. Would recommend you check the NB website yiursekf, and if you find something you like then call the store and ask if they have it in stock in your size.
