I lived here for about 2.5 years and just recently moved out a few months ago. When I first moved in (August 2019) the place was great! Adam (the previous manager) was a joy to work with and you could tell that the staff really cared about the residents. Things were awesome for a long time, and the complex went through a period of remodeling - which was nice for the aesthetics, but a pain to live through (updated building siding, new carpet and wallpaper in common spaces, updated pool area, newly paved parking lot, etc.). The real issues kicked in with new management. I moved out in April 2022 and the entire process was a nightmare!! Logan and her staff are difficult to work with at the best of times and unprofessional at the worst of times. Communication was poor throughout the entire process and I ended up with hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees. On top of this, they initially tried to blame me for communication issues among their own staff, which would have significantly increased my move-out cost, and only fixed the issues after repeated calls on my end. The outside/aesthetics of the place have improved a lot in the last few years, but the management and staff have seen significant deterioration. Essentially, if I were moving back to the area I would choose somewhere else to live for sure.

Lived there for a year. Was okay but expected nicer quality for the price. Maintenance was slow to fix issues. I wouldn’t recommend
