I have used the same brand of coffee in my Keurig for many years and was always happy with the taste, until I tried Third Wave. I found out about Third Wave a while ago, looked into the product but never ordered it. I purchased a new Keurig and decided to look into it again. Before purchasing, I emailed customer support with a question. Charles emailed me the same day, answered my question and mailed out a sample. I was totally impressed with the full body smooth flavor. I am now a customer for life!

I took a chance on this product after seeing it featured on Shark Tank. At home we use a Technivorm Moccamaster coffee maker. My partner definitely taste the difference Third Wave Water makes; says the coffee taste much cleaner. I think coffee lovers who are picky about the coffee beans and coffee marker they use should check out Third Wave Water. It really does enhance the flavour of the coffee. Casual coffee drinkers might not notice a difference. The one downside is that you need to add the packets to distilled water. Although distilled water is cheap and readily available, it is a tad annoying to have to go to the store weekly to buy heavy jugs of distiller water. I highly recommend Third Wave Water to anyone that is looking to make the best possible cup of coffee at home.

Ordered October 9th still have not received the product. USPS Tracking said the product never reached their facility. Nobody answers the phone.
