The return policy needs to be much more accessible and highlighted. The majority of the “overpriced” products by The Detox Market are classified as non- returnable in the fine print.

The Detox Market is my favorite store to shop at in NYC. The space itself is gorgeous, the product selection is incredible, and the staff has always been so helpful. Monique has helped me multiple times when I shop in-store, and has even helped me correct the color of the foundation i was replacing to a better match. The staff is knowledgable on all of the products in store and I have never been disappointed with a recommendation made by them. Their loyalty point system is great too if you're someone who shops as frequently at the Detox as I do. If you're looking for clean, effective skin care and makeup, I recommend stopping here :)
