Austin was great! Very polite and knowledgeable and gave me options. Called to have a sink installed and just so happen the sewer backed up right before Austin arrived. He had to stay much longer to clear the line before he could attempt the sink. Very grateful he was there and he didn't seem put out. Austin really saved the day!
