I honestly had the completely opposite experience. They gave me an appointment as soon as possible, I waited less than five minutes, and the PA was amazing, attentive, and listened clearly to my concerns. I was out quickly and they sent my prescription to the Walgreens so quickly. I was able to pick it up within the hour. The front desk was so helpful and attentive as well.
