Edit: we did ask to get our bedding changed while we were out yet they left the trash, didn’t refresh the towels or clean the room in any way. Makes me wonder if they really clean when they turn the room.

Breakfast is never ready at the time they said and not that good either. Overall, less service than I expect based on other IHG Hotels. Will not be back.

I loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean! I loved the kitchenette and little soap and towels provided. Even has a dishwasher!

Hi Richard! We do have washers and dryers in our hotel. They are complimentary for you to use, you only need to purchase detergent. You will also have a laundry basket in your suite for your convenience as well. Look forward to having you stay with us soon!

Good morning Frank. Unfortunately, we don't have a generator. We are on the same grid as the hospitals that are only 3 blocks away so we are first up in case of an outage. That certainly came in handy last year during Irma. Our staff informed all guests ahead of time, had a plan in place to take care of everyone and executed it pretty well as you can see from our previous reviews during that time.

Our hotel is the only hotel that provides free parking and complimentary shuttle service, pick up and drop off. However, seems that you might be looking for the Staybridge Suites in Russia. We are located in the United States in Florida. I do hope that you enjoy your stay there!
Their basic room is the equivalent of a studio, full kitchen, couch, desk tv, bed, bathroom. Prices change - check their website or call.
I believe the Staybridge in St. Pete hotel pool closes at 10. Otherwise, though, a great place to stay.
